There are water stains on the item that indicate it has been used before, however some of the pieces are still factory sealed, so some may have been installed/assembled before and some may not have been, clean before use. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected/tested by our staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and it appears to be in excellent condition. However, this item appears to have been lightly tried once or a few times then returned to a major retailer. (See any photos attached)
