There is a considerable amount of coffee grinds/residue, as well as minor scuffs/scratches present throughout due to previous use. there is milk residue in the lattego. missing the overflow arm (in drip tray). has been tested for power only due to the nature of function/operation This item will not be eligible for our warranty unless the machine was descaled & cleaned using the manufacturer's instructions. If you require additional time for our warranty in order to clean these machines, please reach out to us before your specified warranty deadline. **Due to the high sensitivity and frequent upkeep of operation on these units, additional cleaning may be required. If not descaled with model specific cleaning product, the units may become clogged and will cause potential operational issues.
