Please note that this item arrived with clear signs of light prior use. there is minor wear on the item but nothing that appears to effect use. Additionally this item arrived without the Hammer Drill Side Handle but this can be replaced. tested for power and function. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* Item has been handled/inspected by our staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and has been deemed tested and working.
