Please note that this product has been repackaged. There are minor scratch marks near the HDMI port and on the stand. The manual is missing and may need additional generic hardware to install the monitor. Additionally, the original OEM remote is missing and has been replaced with a white OEM remote. The product has been tested for power and functionality. (Please see photos) *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected/tested by our staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and it appears to be in excellent condition. However, this item appears to have been lightly tried once or a few times then returned to a major retailer. (See any photos attached) Please note: we may not be able to always confirm the full potential features of a display (screen refresh rate - Hz) and will always test up the maximum that available testing hardware can produce in that moment. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* All TV's and monitors should be inspected at our facility before leaving. We will strongly urge you to ask our staff for assistance in checking the condition of your display during pick up. This is done for customer peace of mind and for warranty purposes.
