the one side of the lid has broken off, so it wont close properly, there is also light coffee marks inside the glass cup, see photos. tested working. Although this item appears to be in new condition, we found that there is a cosmetic issue due to shipping/handling. This could be a (dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch, knick) Please refer to our photos for reference and our explanation above.
