some led lights have scuff marks and so does some of the junction boxes from rubbing in box. Although this item appears to be in new condition, we found that there is a cosmetic issue due to shipping/handling. This could be a (dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch, knick) Please refer to our photos for reference and our explanation above.
