Items screen occasionally flickers on the right half of it. Touchscreen does not work and the device only charges. The usb ports do not appear to work so it cannot be connected to an external monitor. Item comes with an SPEN but we could not get it to function due to the touchscreen not working. Drivers have been installed but it has not solved the problem.
