Item shows signs of being previously used and tried out prior to being returned (there is dirt/debris on the item). Item tested for power only. We are unable to fully test the functionality of the item nor determine if it holds air properly. We did inspect it and found no signs of cuts, tears or anything that would prevent it from staying inflated. We recommend customer clean item prior to first use and that the customer may need to replace the filter (if applicable in this unit). See attached photos.
