please note that this item has been used before- there is water and coffee stains on the inside of machine - please also note that the one water jug will not stay down - it has a slight tilt but we believe that once it is filled with water it will sit fine
however the coffee pot side can still be used for this machine to make a full pot of coffee- item was tested for power
