Condition notes:
Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned. Item marked "as-is" as the item won't power on (we tried with our in house charger) and it is also missing the charger that is included with it. The back tire is also stuck and just drags (doesn't freely spin). There may be some minor scuffs/scratches on the item as a result from previous use/shipping/storage. See attached photos.
