Item shows signs of being used prior to being returned. Item marked as-is as the charger isn't working (charger port on the bike itself is loose and not functioning correctly) which as a result the item does not power on. There is dust/debris/some minor rust/scuffs/scratches on the item as a result from previous use. Customer may need some hardware to assemble/build item. See attached photos.
