Item's mounting stand arrived in a disassembled state; we are unable to confirm whether it can be reattached but the pieces necessary to do so are included, see photos.

Item has a small scratch on the bottom of the mounting base, a couple minor markings on its mounting stand and back corner of the monitor likely due to shipping, see photos.
Although this item appears to be in new condition, we found that there is a cosmetic issue due to shipping/handling. This could be a (dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch, knick) Please refer to our photos for reference and our explanation above.

Please note: we may not be able to always confirm the full potential features of a display (screen refresh rate - Hz) and will always test up the maximum that available testing hardware can produce in that moment. All TV's and monitors should be inspected at our facility before leaving. We will strongly urge you to ask our staff for assistance in checking the condition of your display during pick up. This is done for customer peace of mind and for warranty purposes. If you refuse the on-site inspection, then any damage to the display, screen or physical damage done by transportation or handling will void our warranty/refund (issues not caused by transport/handling will still be covered; for example, an issue with volume control or WiFi connectivity).
