although this pc is in new condition, there appears to be an issue with the post & boot usb ports (multiple devices were tried in all ports to no response). as a result of this, we were unable to test past power & beginner language screen. software and/or drivers may need to be sideloaded/re-installed. both the mouse & keyboard were fully tested on another pc and are both fully functional.
