item has a small wood chip at the very bottom corner where it is supposed to open anyways. the screw for opening the bottom is stripped and we were unable to open it, but by tapping on the bottom panel we were able to tell that it is hollow. item can also just be used as music themed decoration
Although this item appears to be in new condition, we found that there is a cosmetic issue due to shipping/handling. This could be a (dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch, knick) Please refer to our photos for reference and our explanation above.
