There is coffee grinds & milk residue, as well as minor scuffs/scratches present throughout due to previous use. missing the water test strip & filter (replaceable). the fine grind hopper lid is missing (does not affect the function), and there is a crack in the back bottom-right corner. this is causing a slight separation to the side panels, but should not affect the function of the machine. has been tested for power only due to the nature of function/operation

This item will not be eligible for our warranty unless the machine was descaled & cleaned using the manufacturer's instructions. If you require additional time for our warranty in order to clean these machines, please reach out to us before your specified warranty deadline. **Due to the high sensitivity and frequent upkeep of operation on these units, additional cleaning may be required. If not descaled with model specific cleaning product, the units may become clogged and will cause potential operational issues. Please refer to the manufacturers operations manual for detailed cleaning instructions.**
