there is a significant amount of dirt/debris/hair present throughout due to previous use. the water tank is cracked in several places & will most likely leak (a replacement can be purchased here: HONITURE-Holder-G20-Vacuum-Cleaner/dp/B0BKQHNLZ5). we highly recommend doing a thorough clean of the device before use. tested for cleaning & return to base functions
