Item shows signs of being previously assembled and tried out prior to being returned. There may be some minor scuffs/scratches on the item as a result from previous use/shipping. Customer may require adjustments to the brakes and should check the air in the tires to ensure they are at proper levels. Item is missing the 4 pegs. See attached photos.
