item has dent in the side that should not effect the function, item tested for power, the inside spins when turned on, but as soon as the bread pan is added the machine cant spin anymore. upon further inspection it seems that the part is seized. can likely be repairs or a new part can be ordered. item seems to have been used before as it is very lightly oily but is very clean
