item is still sealed in shrink wrap but there is a cut on the front of the item through the shrink wrap that looks like it scratched the front of the case
Although this item appears to be in new condition, we found that there is a cosmetic issue due to shipping/handling. This could be a (dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch, knick) Please refer to our photos for reference and our explanation above.
