This item arrived loose, there are 3 buttons missing on the top. there is shipping stains present. a side panel has a bit of a tear present. there are some tears on the back of the head board. this item is quite large, please bring an appropriate vehicle for pick up.
Although this item appears to be in new condition, we found that there is a cosmetic issue due to shipping/handling. This could be a (dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch, knick) Please refer to our photos for reference and our explanation above.
