There is coffee/milk residue throughout the machine, and there is a crack in one of the small housing panels, the piece still fits securely on to the machine, and appears to be only a cosmetic issue and likely will not affect function. The espresso dispensing unit is loose and will work at upper and lower level but likely will not work at mid level. This can potentially be repaired, but unsure.
