upon inspection we have determined this item is new however we have found some scratch/ slight rips on the back of the sofa as well as some blemishing on the seat part of the sofa, this seems to be from shipping and handling as this item appears to be in new condition, see photos below.
Although this item appears to be in new condition, we found that there is a cosmetic issue due to shipping/handling. This could be a (dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch, knick) Please refer to our photos for reference and our explanation above.
