upon inspection we were able to determine that this item comes with the vital parts for use however we were not provided with a manual for this item so we are unable to confirm that this item comes with everything to be able to be fully assembled, we were able to confirm that this item does not come with the swivel part at the bottom of the chair as seen in the main image.
