There is some dust/debris on/inside the robot vacuum and base station. We tested the item for power and charging, however found out that the internal battery inside the robot vacuum is dead. As a result of this, we we're unable to test the item any further. Customer will require replacing the robot vacuum's battery in order to use the item.
