The snow shovel makes a high-pitched whine when turned on. This noise may be indicative of an internal issue that could affect the shovel's usability over time, but for the moment it appears to function normally without any obvious issues other than the noise. Additionally, there are some light dirt/moisture stains around the blade area indicating some prior use - see photos. Outside of these factors, the shovel looks to be in very good condition without any visible damage.
USED - WITH ISSUE: Item shows previous signs of use and has a known functional or completeness issue. This may include damage, wear, missing parts, or an operational problem. See listing notes and photos for details.
