The cleaner appears to power on and the suction seems to function normally, but the rollers do not spin in any mode, likely due to an internal motor issue of some kind. There is also dust and dirt residue near the rollers, on the hose head, and in the tanks indicating some prior use - see photos. Outside of the light mess and roller issue, the cleaner appears to be in fine condition with no significant visible physical damage or other obvious issues.
