Item tested for power and charging, however during that step in the process we found that the battery in the robot vacuum is not holding a charge or charging properly. The battery on the robot vacuum will need replacing. Also the included base station might not be the exact base for the x50 ultra (has partially different backing then normal). This may or may not be causing an issue with properly charging the robot vacuum. We did also connect the robot vacuum to wifi/app. There is some scuffs/scratches on the housing of the base station and robot vacuum from previous use. There is some wear on the side brush, main brush and mop pads. See attached photos for everything included with the item.
