Please note that the internal latch is broken, causing the top frame to become loose and leaving a noticeable gap at the back of the unit. There are also scratch/scuff marks around the affected area. the built-in grinder is stuck inside the unit and cannot be removed.The grinder will require repair before it can be used properly. There are water stains on the water tank and coffee residue on the grinder. Tested for basic power only. (Please see photos)
