All of the cleaning accessories are missing from the original packaging. There are coffee residues inside the grinder and on the pull out tray, water stains on the water tank. There are minor scratch marks are on the top and right side of the unit. The unit has only been tested for basic power functionality. (Please see photos) This item will not be eligible for our warranty unless the machine was descaled & cleaned using the manufacturer's instructions. If you require additional time for our warranty in order to clean these machines, please reach out to us before your specified warranty deadline. Due to the high sensitivity and frequent upkeep of operation on these units, additional cleaning may be required. If not descaled with model specific cleaning product, the units may become clogged and will cause potential operational issues. Please refer to the manufacturers operations manual for detailed cleaning instructions.
