The horn doesn't seem to be working, their are dirt marks present on the wheels and frame and some scratches , dents, scuffs and fraying marks due tp previous use, this item seems to be missing the headlight screw, this could be generic hardware that could be acquired elsewhwre, or it could be a specific fit we are unsure,without this hardware pieces you are unable to use the headlight included
