The scooter does not power on and did not come with a charger. Likely just needs charging, but as we are unable to test it properly we cannot guarantee the scooter's function. Additionally, the wheels are somewhat worn and the platform has considerable dirt on it indicating prior use, but no physical damage or other obvious issues are visible - see photos.
