Item was tested for power, charging and wifi/app connectivity. However, during our testing we found that there is an issue with the robot vacuum itself. The issue is that the laser sensor (top round unit on the robot vacuum) is not functioning and as a result of this, the unit can't map or do any of the functions it is intended to do. Customer will need to address this issue/get it fixed in order to use the item as intended. There are scuffs/scratches on some parts of the housing of both the base station and robot vacuum from previous use. There is some dust/debris as well. The side brushes, main brush and mop roller have light wear on them. See attached photos for everything included with the item.
SALVAGE: All items are sold as defective, damaged, swapped, incomplete, or untested due to missing parts. Nothing should be assumed to be complete or working. Items may require repairs, replacement parts, manufacturer warranty claims, or disposal. Bid accordingly; no refunds or partial refunds will be provided.
