Item shows signs of previous use such as mild dirt/dust/debris on item. Item was tested for power however one of the sets of lights does NOT light up, not sure if one of the bulbs is burnt out and needs replacing. Package still contains additional bulbs and covers. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR DETAILS
