The blaster arrived without retail packaging indicating previous handling and possible use. Please note that the rubber gasket that feeds the bullets into the barrel is off of its wheel, but it appears like it can be put back one (see photos) Tested for power
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
