The internal battery on the robot vacuum, side brush and the mop pads are missing from the original packaging. The battery can be purchased sepreately from - https://www.amazon.com/RVBAT85005-Compatible-RV761R00US-RV761R01CA-RVBAT850/dp/B0F2DV725K There are scratch marks on the sides/top due to previous use. When connected to the dock, the robot vacuum displays a red battery missing indicator. The robot vacuum can't be tested as the battery is missing. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
