Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality and wifi/app connectivity. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature and the limits of our network. There is dust/debris on/inside both the robot vacuum and base station as a result from previous use. There is some light wear on the side brush, main brush and mop pad as a result from previous use. There is some minor scuffs/scratches on the housing of the robot vacuum. There is residue/water still in the tank of the robot vacuum. Please note that the inside piece of the base station (where the mop pad sits is a bit crooked. Also we encountered an error in the app with the mop plate/mop pad attachment (it says to manually attach the mop plate/mop pad but it didn't seem to register that we attached it). This could just be an issue with the plate assembly itself or the robot vacuum or also have to do with the piece that is crooked in the base station. This issue will need to be addressed/fixed if the mop functionality of the item is to be used. See attached photos for everything included with the item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
