Printer posts error code P10 which indicates an issue with the print head, this could be caused due to using 3rd party ink cartridges which were present upon inspection and may be able to be fixed by using OEM Canon ink carts. We are unable to test and verify further than power.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
