The cleaning accessories, one of the dual wall filter and single wall filter basket, cleaning disc, dosing funnel, the razor trimming tool are missing from the original packaging. There are multiple minor dents near the control panel buttons. There are coffee residue on the grinder and water stains on the water tank. There are minor scratch marks on the sides/top due to previous use. Tested for basic power and installation of grinder only. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
