There are scratches at the bolts holes and some small dents in the pieces indicating previous assembly and possible use. Please note that there is a bend in one of the cross bars and at one of the connection sites, but the pieces still fit together and it shouldn't affect the rack's overall function (see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
