Please note this product has been repackaged. The water filter, cleaning accessories, scoop, small grinder lid and milk latte go frother are missing from the original packaging. There are scuff marks on the left side of the control panel and minor scratch marks on the sides. There are coffee residue on the grinder, the pull out tray and water stains on the water tank due to previous use. The language is in french and it can be changed once the water is filled in. Tested for basic power only. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
