Item was tested for power and charging but we we're unable to test it any further as we encountered an issue (the internal battery on the robot vacuum is dead, doesn't hold a charge and will need to be replaced). There is some light dust/debris on/inside both the robot vacuum and base station from previous use. And light wear on the side brush and main brush of the robot vacuum. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
