There are 2 small rips near one edge of the mattress, and one closer to the corner of one side, likely due to shipping/handling without packaging. Additionally, there is a layer of dust on both sides due to being laid out on our warehouse floor for display - see photos. Outside of these issues, the mattress appears to be in new condition without any major damage or other issues visible.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
