Please note this item came to us out of retail packaging and as a result there are some scratches on the drip plate and some dents on both sides of the bottom drip tray base and a small dent above the on/off knob and a small dent at the back corner and on the corner at the top by the control panel - see photos Tested for power
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
