Please note that the top bean hopper does not install properly onto the unit. It does not lock into place, even when it is fully twisted to the locked position. There are coffee residue on the grinder and water stains on the water tank, minor scratch marks on the top/sides due to previous use. Tested for basic power only. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
