When plugged into the wall and filled with water, the machine will send an error code (See Photos) This code can imply various issues such as descaling being required or an air lock in the water system. Our staff are not experts in these items and individual product research is highly encouraged. The machine will require servicing or DIY repairs
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
