The remote is missing from the packaging, and most of the smart TV functions of the monitor will be inaccessible without a replacement. Aside from this, the monitor appears to be in new condition with all other functions working as normal - see photos. Tested for power, picture, and sound.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
