The charging cable is missing from the original packaging. Please note that the right-side earbud has an audio issue. Despite the volume being set to the maximum level, the sound output from the right earbud is extremely low and barely audible, while the left earbud functions normally. There are scratch marks around the charging case and there are dirt residue on the ear tips due to previous use. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
