Please note that the robot vacuum does not spin the side brush or the mop pads while in cleaning mode. The unit successfully connects to the mobile application and completes the mapping process without issue. However, once mapping is completed and a cleaning cycle is initiated, the robot vacuum moves around as expected but does not activate the side brush or the mop pads during operation. The robot vacuum is also able to return to the docking station successfully when the return-to-dock command is issued. Please note that there are signs of previous use, minor dust and dirt residue on the mop pads, side brush, filter, and wheels. Additionally, there are minor scratch marks on the Robo vacuum as well as on the top and sides of the charging dock station. **Tested for power, app connectivity, basic functions (mapping/return home).**
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
