The tasting box and the water hardness test are missing from the original packaging. Please note that there is a crack on the top of the water tank. There are multiple dent marks on the right side of the unit, and the stainless steel drip tray does not fit properly because it is bent. There are water stains on the water tank and coffee stains on the drip tray due to previous use. The water tank is recommended to be replaced. Tested for basic power only. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
