Please read full notes: The item has debris on the filter, dust chamber & home base consistent with use. The home base & the item were tested for basic power The main pole connecting the handheld motor to the floor attachment appears to have damage on the base that connects. There appears to be glue debris presumably from a DIY fix. It might need to be replaced
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
